Terry Williams is the General Manager of Anvil Bar and Refuge in Houston, Texas where he has worked for almost three years. In addition to overseeing daily operations, Terry coordinates training of the Anvil staff, which is one of the most rigorous and structured programs in the country. He received culinary and hospitality training at the Art Institute of Houston and University of Houston. Terry has bartender for 11 years mixing in time behind the line in a few kitchens in Houston.
