Iain Griffiths has been involved in the hospitality industry for over ten years, with extensive knowledge of all aspects of the business. From his experience in his native Australia, through to Edinburgh and finally landing in London, along the way he worked in more then a few of the world’s best bars including Black Pearl (Melbourne), Eau de Vie (Sydney) and Bramble (Edinburgh) Iain is now to be found as New Business Development Manager for Mr Lyan Ltd and in 2013 opened the acclaimed 'White Lyan' in London where he was awarded co 'Innovator of the Year' at the Imbibe UK Awards 2014. White Lyan was also crowned 'Best New International Cocktail Bar' at the Spirited Awards 2014 and since then, the company has gone on to launch it’s own retail line of cocktails and open Dandelyan, as well as numerous other projects focusing on sustainability and innovation in the food and drink world.
