What do you do before the guest walks in the door to set your staff up for success? How do you create an amazing atmosphere of warmth and hospitality one the guest is inside? And, how do you inspire your staff, instill a belief system, and create a sense of community? Jon Santer, Joaquin Simo, and Sean Kenyon each specialize in a different phase of hospitality.
