Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

You know you have a favorite whiskey category, whether that's Bourbon, Rye, Scotch or Tennessee. So, prove it. Get out the vote! In this panel, whiskey experts will debate the merits of their category election-style, moderated by bar owner and Washington, D.C.-insider Derek Brown. Georgie Bell from Mortlach will stump for Scotch, Charlie Nelson from Greenbrier Distillery (whose three times great grandfather invented the category) will proclaim the merits of Tennessee Whiskey, J.P. Fetherston from Southern Efficiency will cheer for the hometown hero, Bourbon, and Chad Robinson from Catoctin Creek Rye Whiskey will tell why Rye. Along the way, we'll share what makes each category truly unique and taste a range of excellent whiskies. Expect raucous exchanges and plenty of mud slinging. The audience will have the final say by voting for the winner.
