How many of articles as “20 things you learn while living abroad” have you seen? What if it say something like “20,000 things to learn & use in future life while living abroad”?

There is a lot to be absorb every shift, every normal day. Same as we don’t think about breathing, we forget to process & use most of our new experiences. Our mind is simply too occupied with day to day routine. Why don’t we pause to absorb so we can use every little thing we learn each day. The biggest & best companies in the world are leaning more towards EQ (Emotional Intelligence) rather than IQ or other intelligences during hiring interviews. Bartending & living abroad exposes us to an enormous amount of cultural influences. Imagine being able to re-use in your own way every single new experience from each shift behind your bar or new country you living in. How much would choices you make change, bend or adjust?

In this seminar we’ll break down what EQ is, how it works and how it can be improved. Our world traveled “Jack of all trades” panelists will share their tricks & lifetime experiences as well as debating about how important it is to find right position for each member of your staff to build on their skill set which leads to happier team which leads to healthy business & longevity of your operation.
