Operating out of their respective farms in New York and Vermont, with the guidance of respected industry master distiller Dave Pickerell, each company unearths only the finest and most coveted liquid to date. Hillrock will be representing exclusive malted whiskeys; WhistlePig limited rye finishes and products never released.
