After tending bar in Orlando for a little over ten years in different formats from fine dining to microbrews and craft cocktails I helped found the Central Florida Chapter of the USBG. When working a booth at Rum Renaissance met the owners of the Ice Plant and St Augustine Distillery and decided to relinquish my position as the president of the bartenders guild and bar manager position at Prato in Winter Park to take on the beverage program at the Ice Plant and later the Brand Ambassador for the St. Augustine Distillery where I helped Head of production Brendan Wheatley with develop the New World Gin.
