Struan Grant Ralph the Glenfiddich Ambassador for the USA hails from Speyside, the spiritual home of Scottish Single Malt and from his first jobs working in distilleries to his current role with Glenfiddich, he has a lifelong passion and knowledge of whisky from grain to glass. This passion has been brought to life in his tastings, training and events around the world which have brought entertainment, humour and story-telling to audiences from Mongolia to Borneo to Pittsburgh. His Masters Degree in Chemistry and over a decade spent bartending around the world offer him a unique perspective of Whisky and the Spirits category where he enjoys sharing a dram or a tall tale in equal measure. He was also the proud recipient of Forres Academy’s Best Dressed Male award in 1999, a moment of great pride within the Ralph family.
