BLACK DIRT takes its name from the dark, fertile soil left by an ancient glacial lake that once covered thousands of acres in upstate New York.
Today, the rich ebony soil grows the corn for the distillery’s bourbons, and the apples for the brandy are sourced locally throughout NY state.
